Coastal Construction is a team of highly experienced construction professionals. Each member of our team has considerable experience in the industry, and our management team has virtually no turnover.  The level of professionalism allows us to empower our employees to solve problems and implement those solutions to expedite the construction schedule and contain costs. We have helped develop and have adopted many practices of our customers and we bring those experiences to each of our construction projects.

Coastal Construction pays particular attention to the qualification process of subcontractors for every project. Our relationship with our network of subcontractors and our familiarity with their experience and strengths enable use to assemble the most cost effective team for every project, without compromise to quality or schedule.

The strong relationships we maintain with our subcontractors provide us with the ability to excel at design-build projects. We will take responsibilty for coordinating with our design team throughout the design process as construction progresses.  We have a seasoned team of subcontractors with whom we have completed many projects.   We understand the flow of responsibilities from Tenant - Owner - General Contractor - Subcontractor.
